This is a remote position.
Nexton is seeking a dauntless recruiter!
We are looking for someone with the natural ability to identify top tier talent. You’ll look for high-performing engineers to join the Nexton Talent Network and find them, using large sets of data, unique opportunities that match their profile.
You’ll be constantly learning about the latest trends in programming languages, brilliant entrepreneurs, CTOs, and Developers in the US tech ecosystem with purposeful missions. You’ll help testing ideas and drive hiring decisions with impact and ethics.

Responsibilities:
Identify high-performing candidates to the assigned job openings.
Use and analyze data to make informed decisions about hiring.
Explore potential candidates, recognize their main skills and key knowledge for our available and the foreseeable future opportunities.
Communicate in an unobtrusive way with top tier talent using digital channels and its best practices.
Make things happen in an uncertain and dynamic context.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Recruiting
1+ year of experience in Technical Sourcing
Deep understanding of software development processes, languages, technical tools, and best practices.
Strong technical sourcing and lead Generation skills.
Experience with ATS (preferably Zoho) and digital tools (Slack, Linkedin Recruiter)
Excellent communication skills.
Manage and analyze data and reporting with PowerBi, Excel, or other tools
Full-Time availability.
Self-driven, proactive attitude and adaptability.
Ability to work with volume with a hands-on attitude
Ability to work from a remote location seamlessly
Advanced English and Spanish
Nice to have:
Interviewing experience.
Advanced Engineering or related studies (diploma not mandatory).
