Roles & Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of all partner relationships, continuously monitoring and managing their health status

  • Routinely gather feedback from partners to drive product improvements and identify their needs to create, facilitate and deliver shared goals
  • Proactively support partners to achieve success through platform adoption, manage upcoming and ongoing incidents, identify upsell opportunities, and work with relevant departments to ensure partner satisfaction

Job description

We are assisting our client, a fast growing Igaming Platform that is looking to hire a Partnership Manager.

This role exists as the primary relationship owner for their partners. Using excellent relationship and interpersonal skills, industry and technology experience, the Partnership Manager works side by side with each partner, to plan and action short and long-term strategies. The Partnership Manager's purpose is to inspire Partners to achieve more through our platform than they ever thought possible, building long-term, mutually valuable partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of all relationships with partners. Continuously monitoring and managing their overall health status

  • Act as the first point of contact

  • Routinely gather feedback from partner to drive product improvements

  • Identify partner's needs and priorities, create facilitate and deliver shared goals

  • Proactively support partners to achieve success through platform adoption

  • Manage partners upcoming and ongoing incidents

  • Maintain clear and relevant communication with partners at all times

  • Identify and capitalise on up-sell opportunities to create additional value

  • Work closely with relevant departments to assure partner satisfaction

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in a similar role in Igaming, preferably B2B

  • Fluent in Spanish

  • Proven track record of building and maintaining partner relationships

  • The role is fully remote or based in Malta
