Job description

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. This position is ideal for someone eager to make a direct impact by generating new business opportunities. As a SDR, you will be on the front lines of our outbound sales efforts—identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers to fuel our sales pipeline.
Your Tasks
  • Proactively identify and research potential customers and launch outbound campaigns to engage with new prospects 
  • Initiate first contact and hold discovery conversations to understand prospects’ business needs, challenges, and buying potential
  • Qualify leads and pass promising opportunities to the rest of the Sales Team 
  • Schedule high-quality appointments and demos for the sales team 
  • Consistently build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new prospects
  • Accurately log activities, maintain lead information, and track performance metrics in our CRM system
  • Stay on top of industry trends, customer challenges, and competitor movements
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align messaging, share prospect feedback, and continuously refine outreach strategies
Your Profile
  • 0–2 years of experience in a customer-facing, sales, or prospecting role.
  • A background in SaaS or B2B environments is a plus.
  • Exposure to Zoominfo, Salessoft, Salesloft, Hubspot or similar tools.
  • You thrive on challenges and have a strong desire to succeed in a sales career. You are proactive, energetic, and eager to learn.
  • You pick up new tools, techniques, and industry knowledge quickly
  • You’re motivated by targets and don’t shy away from hard work. You know how to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively
  • You enjoy working in a team environment and contributing to shared success while also taking ownership of your own goals
  • You are a strong communication with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
