  • Document and track customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance and improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the retail industry, is preferred.
