In this position you will be responsible for selling the organization's B2B products across multiple channels within the infrastructure segments.


You will have the unique opportunity to work in a truly global sales team, reporting directly to the Infrastructure Sales Manager and be based in our office in Croatia - Umag. You will be instrumental in ensuring strong negotiations and long-lasting relationship with existing and new customers.

  • Manage sales of road marking and other infrastructure sub-segments within the Republic of Croatia and neighboring countries covered by the HMP Croatia sales territory.
  • Provide customers with product specifications, quotations, and expert advice, while promptly addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
  • Drive commercial growth by generating and converting sales leads through persuasive selling, aligned with defined sales targets.
  • Ensure strong compliance in all financial transactions, utilizing company tools to deliver high-quality service to customers.
  • Identify and report sales leads and opportunities using the CRM system.

What does it take to become our new team member?

  • Degree in engineering or equivalent in years of experience in sales positions. 
  • Experience in sales within the coatings, infrastructure, or construction materials industries is a preferred, but we welcome diverse and strong sales backgrounds and transferable skills.
  • Great communication and presentation skills.
  • Problem solving skills & ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable working with Excel including Microsoft Office package and D365.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
