As the company accelerates its expansion in the European market, we are seeking a professional After-Sales Expert to be responsible for client after-sales support in Germany, providing timely and professional technical solutions, and safeguarding the long-term cooperative relationship between the company and local clients.This role is a core part of our clients European after-sales team, offering a competitive compensation package, clear career development paths, and the chance to work with industry-leading products and a collaborative global technical team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional after-sales technical support for clients in Germany, including on-site and remote troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, calibration and repair of ultrasound diagnostic equipment, ensuring the stable and normal operation of products.
  • Undertake on-site installation, commissioning and acceptance of ultrasound equipment for clients, guide client technical personnel to master the correct use and daily maintenance methods of the equipment.
  • Conduct after-sales training for clients, including equipment operation, routine maintenance, fault prevention and other related content, improving clients ability to use the equipment independently.
  • Collect client feedback on product performance, after-sales service and other aspects, sort out and submit it to the internal R&D and product teams, providing a basis for product optimization and service improvement.
  • Cooperate closely with internal teams (sales, technical R&D, marketing, etc.) to coordinate and solve complex after-sales problems raised by clients, improve client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Participate in local medical exhibitions, seminars and industry events (such as MEDICA), provide on-site technical consultation and after-sales support, enhance clients trust in products and services.
  • Comply with German medical device industry regulations and related after-sales service standards, ensure that all after-sales service activities are carried out in accordance with relevant norms.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or above, major in Medical Device, Biomedical Engineering or related fields is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in after-sales service, technical support in the ultrasound diagnostic equipment industry.
  • Familiar with the German medical device market rules, industry policies and approval regulations, understanding the application needs and cooperation processes of local clients for ultrasound equipment.
  • Strong results-oriented awareness, proactive work attitude, good teamwork spirit and ability to work independently; able to adapt to occasional business trips within Germany and Europe.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility; able to bear work pressure and ensure the timely completion of after-sales service tasks.
