Role: Sales Coach / Sales Enablement Specialist

We are looking for a high-energy Sales Coach to transform entry-level talent (Freshers/BDAs) into high-performing sales professionals. You will be responsible for the end-to-end sales lifecycle coaching—from lead qualification and cold calling to objection handling and closing. The ideal candidate has a "lead by example" mindset and a proven track record in the fast-paced EdTech or BFSI sectors.
Onboarding & Bootcamps: Design and execute 1-3 week intensive sales induction programs for fresh graduates, focusing on product knowledge and "The Art of the Pitch."
Call Shadowing & Audits: Conduct daily "Live Listening" sessions and audit recorded calls to identify gaps in communication, empathy, and sales logic.
Mock Drill Mastery: Lead rigorous daily mock-call sessions, providing real-time feedback on tone, pace, and objection handling.
Performance Diagnostics: Analyze sales CRM data (e.g., Lead-to-Demo ratios) to identify "bottom-quartile" performers and create customized Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
Script & Playbook Optimization: Constantly refine sales scripts and rebuttal banks based on evolving market objections and competitor moves.
Stakeholder Reporting: Weekly reporting to Sales Directors on cohort progress, ramp-up times, and "Ready-for-Floor" certifications.
Industry Experience: 2+ years of experience, with a heavy preference for EdTech (B2C sales) or BFSI (Insurance/Loans/Wealth Management).
Coaching Pedagogy: Deep understanding of the GROW model or similar coaching frameworks.
Soft Skills: Exceptional command over Hindi and English (Regional languages like Telugu, Tamil, or Kannada are a massive plus).
Tech Stack: Proficiency in CRMs (Salesforce, LeadSquared, or HubSpot) and Call Monitoring tools (Gong, Exotel, or Knowlarity).
The "Hustle" Factor: Ability to motivate 21-22-year-olds in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
Remote Flexibility: Work from any Tier 1, 2, or 3 city in India.
Impact: Direct influence on the company’s bottom line by reducing "speed-to-productivity" for new hires.
Growth: Opportunity to move into a Sales Enablement Lead or L&D Head role within 18–24 months.
Screening: Experience fitment in EdTech/BFSI.
The "Live Mock": You will be asked to coach a "fresher" (interviewer) on a simulated sales call.
