Key Responsibilities:
· Manage SOURCING AND SCREENING: Handle the entire hiring process from identifying needs to onboarding, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
· Partner with hiring managers: Collaborate with engineering teams and managers to understand specific job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
· Source specialized talent: Use various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks) to find and attract passive and active candidates with experience in industrial automation
· Screen and assess candidates: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
· Build talent pipelines: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for hard-to-fill and critical roles to meet future needs.
· Manage candidate experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
· Track and report on metrics: Monitor key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire) and provide insights to improve hiring effectiveness.
· Stay current on industry trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in industrial automation, robotics, and IIoT to inform recruiting strategies.
· Coordinate logistics: Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications.
