👩🏻‍💼 SALES MANAGER COACHING POSITION INCLUDES...

• Oversee the onboarding and training process for new representatives.
• Foster a positive and collaborative environment conducive to success.
• Continuously coach on script, objections, and closing.
• Monitor metrics and communicate KPIs.
• Develop strategies to support associates who are not meeting quotas

💰 PAYMENT STRUCTURE

Option A: $400usd/mo base + $600-$1000usd/mo bonuses (4-hr daily commitment)

Option B: $800usd/mo base + $1000-$1800usd/mo bonuses (8-hr daily commitment)

🌎 LOCATION

This is a flexible hybrid remote position. We have locations in Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Venezuela, Columbia, Fiji, Kingston, New Zealand, Ireland and Jamaica. We have team members in Medellin, Bogata, Sao Paulo, Ramon Mejia, Cordoba, Manaus, Belfast, Puebla, Salvador, Ciudad Juárez, Leon, Guadalajara, Brasilia, Maracay, Belo Horizonte, San Andrés de Giles, Caracas, Dublin, Barquisimeto, Montego Bay, Suva, Curitiba, Auckland, Rio De Janeiro, Maracaibo, and Tijuana working in the office if that is preferred over remote work.
