About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced AI/ML Expert & Technical Lead with 7+ years of hands-on experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning. This role requires strong technical leadership, deep AI/ML expertise, and the ability to design and oversee scalable AI-driven solutions. You will be responsible for end-to-end solution architecture, AI model strategy, and ensuring high-quality implementation across applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall solution architecture and provide technical leadership across AI/ML initiatives

• Design, develop, and validate AI/ML models aligned with business objectives

• Select appropriate AI/ML approaches, including LLM-based solutions

• Oversee AI integration into production-grade applications and enterprise systems

• Drive architectural decisions and ensure scalability, reliability, and performance

• Establish technical best practices, governance standards, and quality assurance processes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and data teams

• Mentor junior AI engineers and guide technical growth within the team

• Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate

Required Skills & Technical Expertise

• Strong programming expertise in Python

• Hands-on experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow

• Experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain and Hugging Face

• Proficiency in Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone)

• Experience with Cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Solid understanding of system architecture and design principles

• Experience deploying AI models into scalable production environments

• Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines for ML, and model monitoring

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading AI/ML teams or technical projects

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Experience with GenAI, RAG pipelines, or conversational AI systems

• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
