Your role in our team
As our new AI Specialist, you will have a crucial role in driving AI and Use Case discovery to identify, gather and prioritize AI Use Cases across business units.
You will also be responsible and take ownership of the AI opportunity backlog and bridge business and technology.
The team today consists of 4 data engineers that focus on data quality, integration and deliverables as well as 1 master data management (MDM) specialist. Our team is characterized by close collaboration – also with the rest of IT as well as our biggest stakeholders across Terma.
As we face an ever-changing reality, change management, stakeholder management, and prioritization of initiatives are important to thrive in this role as well as your strong ability to translate business needs into technical opportunities.
How you will make a meaningful contribution

- Assess opportunities for automation, prediction, knowledge management, and decision support
- Develop AI roadmaps aligned with organizational goals
- Build business cases, ROI models, and success metrics
- Promote responsible and scalable AI
- Support, Implementation and adoption of AI

Bring your world class expertise into play
You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement. Moreover, we are also looking for a new colleague with the following qualifications:

- A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or Engineering or a similar field of study
- Solid understanding of AI capabilities, especially generative AI and LLM-based solutions
- Familiarity with AI tools and ecosystems
- Experience with Use Case development
