Job description

The Recruiter – Real Estate will be responsible for building and delivering real estate recruitment mandates, with a core focus on hiring real estate agents for brokerage and developer clients across Dubai. This role will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from market mapping and candidate attraction through assessment, offer management, and onboarding support.

The position will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, advise on talent strategy, and execute scalable hiring solutions.
