The Recruiter – Real Estate will be responsible for building and delivering real estate recruitment mandates, with a core focus on hiring real estate agents for brokerage and developer clients across Dubai. Candidate Profile
Candidates must have hands-on recruitment experience within the Dubai real estate sector, with proven exposure to hiring real estate agents or commission-based sales professionals. Strong understanding of brokerage structures, agent compensation models, and performance-driven environments is essential.
The ideal profile demonstrates strong stakeholder management, commercial judgement, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced consultancy environment. Excellent communication skills and an established local market network are highly valued.
