About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Operations Executive who will play a key role in client coordination, cross-team operations, and delivery management. This role acts as a central point between clients, recruitment operations, and internal teams to ensure daily operations run smoothly and client commitments are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client coordination, ensuring clear communication and timely updates
  • Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to align priorities and ensure smooth execution of deliverables
  • Track client deliverables and ensure commitments are met within defined timelines
  • Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operational activities to ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Work with recruitment operations teams to support interview scheduling, process coordination, and hiring workflows
  • Handle candidate and internal follow-ups to ensure smooth process flow
  • Support day-to-day HR activities, including documentation, coordination, and internal communication
  • Maintain and manage operational trackers, MIS, and reports using Google Sheets and MS Excel
  • Identify operational gaps, escalate risks, and proactively resolve coordination challenges

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, HR, Operations, or a related field
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets and MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work as a multi-tasker in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork and stakeholder management abilities
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and ownership mindset

Experience Level:

  • 02 years of experience in operations coordination, client handling, recruitment operations, or HR support roles
