We’re hiring a driven FM Sales Executive to own the full sales journey — from first enquiry to signed contract.

You’ll manage inbound enquiries and turn them into signed clients using structured sales funnels, clear follow-ups, and disciplined scheduling.
Day-to-day you will:
Handle new inbound enquiries and progress them through the sales funnel
Handle outbound leads via the CRM and Linked in
Use HubSpot (or similar CRM) to take leads from enquiry → proposal → contract signed
Resurface and re-engage old leads (lost deals) from the database
Run confident sales calls and video calls (A MUST)
Create and send templated contracts and proposals
Maintain accurate calendar entries for calls, follow-ups, site visits, and reminders
Keep CRM, admin tasks, and documentation/noted clean and up to date at all times
Deliver consistently against a clear sales target
Proven sales closer — confident on calls and video meetings
Highly organised with strong admin and follow-up discipline
Hungry to succeed!
Comfortable using web apps (Google Workspace, Calendar, Docs, etc.)
CRM experience (HubSpot a bonus, not essential)
Proactive, professional, and target-driven
