🚀 FM Sales Executive – Commercial Cleaning

Remote | Sarajevo Team

We’re hiring a driven FM Sales Executive to own the full sales journey — from first enquiry to signed contract.

🔑 The Role

You’ll manage inbound enquiries and turn them into signed clients using structured sales funnels, clear follow-ups, and disciplined scheduling.

Day-to-day you will:

  • Handle new inbound enquiries and progress them through the sales funnel

  • Handle outbound leads via the CRM and Linked in

  • Use HubSpot (or similar CRM) to take leads from enquiry → proposal → contract signed

  • Resurface and re-engage old leads (lost deals) from the database

  • Run confident sales calls and video calls (A MUST)

  • Create and send templated contracts and proposals

  • Maintain accurate calendar entries for calls, follow-ups, site visits, and reminders

  • Keep CRM, admin tasks, and documentation/noted clean and up to date at all times

  • Deliver consistently against a clear sales target
