Operations Account Executive

We are a tech first cleaning company based in London, and we are looking for a operations executive to grow with us on this huge growth period we are going through for 2026+

Responsibilities include:

 You will be an Operations executive looking after client accounts based in London 

  • Being a brand ambassador for the company

  • You will be accountable to run and look after your accounts to a high level

  • Solving problems across your accounts quickly and effciently 

  • Be able to work in a high fast paced environment and able work under pressure

  • Ensuring a smooth delivery of our service and operations across the business

  • Recruiting new cleaners (we have great systems in place) where required however we have a recruitment team who will assit you.

  • Account Manage multiple accounts liaising with cleaning teams and clients direct

  • Commuication is key on video meetings and phone calls daily

  • Creating contracts with clients

  • Ordering products and materials

  • Solving staff issues in a timely manner to ensure accounts are held to a good level at all times

  • Solve crisis issues as and when required.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and able to multi task multiple projects

  • You will be expected to be a team player and report to the Head of Operations

  • Able to conduct many phone calls, Whatsapp messages, video call and emails each day to ensure your cleaners are delivering their workflow succesfully to your clients  

  • Ability to multi task many pieces of work at one time to meet deadlines

  • Confident in Microsoft office and Google suite (including Docs, email and calendar) 

  • You will need to be a great executer and task orientated person!

  • Able to verbally speak with cleaners and clients of all levels giving the best customer service all the time.

  • A high level of English speaking

  • Willing to learn new software quickly and effciently

  • You must be a person that never gives us and wants to keep going till the job is delivered!

  1. Commissions on contract renewals, you deliver a great service you get paid annually on all contracts that renew

  2. If our sales team pass you a NEW contract you get paid to setup and deploy this client!
