Job description

We are a tech first cleaning company based in London, and we are looking for a operations executive to grow with us on this huge growth period we are going through for 2026/2027.

Responsibilities

include:

 You will be an Operations executive looking after client accounts based in London 

  • Being a brand ambassador for the company

  • You will be accountable to run and look after your accounts to a high level

  • Solving problems across your accounts quickly and effciently 

  • Be able to work in a high fast paced environment and able work under pressure

  • Ensuring a smooth delivery of our service and operations across the business

  • Recruiting new cleaners (we have great systems in place) where required 

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and able to multi task multiple projects

  • You will be expected to be a team player and report to the Operations manager

  • Able to conduct many phone calls, Whatsapp and emails each day to ensure your clients and cleaners are delivering their workload 

  • Ability to multi task many pieces of work at one time

  • Confident in Microsoft office and Google suite (including Docs, email and calendar) 

  • Able to verbally speak with cleaners and clients of all levels giving the best customer service all the time, a good level of verbal English will be key.

  • Willing to learn new software quickly and effciently

  • You must be a person that never gives us and wants to keep going till the job is delivered!
