This is a remote position.

100% Remote. Candidates must be located in the LATAM region. Note: We are looking for a mix of non-tech (70%) and tech (30%) recruiting experience.

Our client is a U.S.-based organization that develops video solutions to support scientific research and education. Their content is used by millions of scientists, educators, and students worldwide. They serve over 1,000 institutions, including top universities and biopharma companies. With operations in the U.S., UK, Australia, and India, and a client base spanning more than 60 countries, our client is experiencing rapid growth and is actively seeking talented individuals to join their team.

The Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Client's global HR team. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers across the Americas and EMEA to deliver end-to-end recruitment support. You will serve as a recruiting generalist, hiring for both technical and business roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.
  • Design and execute tailored hiring strategies to attract top talent, particularly in sales, technical, and business functions.
  • Proactively identify candidates through a mix of sourcing channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate all interview logistics and ensure a smooth, professional experience for candidates and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and timely candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company’s culture and values throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience recruiting for software companies, including corporate/business (70%), and technical (30%) positions.
  • Advanced English written and verbal communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience supporting global talent acquisition, ideally across the Americas and EMEA.
  • Proficiency with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, work independently, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Ambitious, driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
