Strong tele-calling/outbound sales experience with a track record of generating opportunities and handling high daily call volume (40-50 calls/day).
Experience prospecting and engaging C-level executives and IT decision-makers (e.g., Finance Heads, CIOs, IT Heads).
Familiarity with ERP/software solutions sales and ability to pitch solution offerings across various verticals.
Comfort with remote work and coordinating with regional teams (UAE, GCC, India) with regular reporting to the Sales Head.
Requirements:
Make 40-50 outbound calls per day to identify and create new opportunities and generate qualified leads.
Research and monitor industry publications, corporate websites, social media groups, and mainstream news to identify potential targets.
Map target companies and CXOs/decision-makers and build relationships within them; qualify opportunities by asking meaningful questions to understand challenges and aims.
Collaborate with Business Development Reps/Sales Manager to meet quotas, set up meetings for further discussion, and support upselling/cross-selling of new ERP modules and functions.

Execute meaningful and involved questioning to gain full insight into value-chain stage, aims and objectives and current/upcoming challenges
Work closely with Business Development Reps/Sales Manager to meet quota on opportunities &/or support the team
Introduction of new modules and functions β up-sell / cross-sell.
Setting up meetings for Business Development Reps/Sales Manager team post qualification for face to face discussion. Build on the database for UAE, GCC & India region/Use existing database and build over it.
Accordingly, training will also be provided on how to pitch for the Solution offering in various verticals.
For India region, the candidate will also be responsible to build profile database and pursue calling.
