Job description

This is a remote position.

Mandatory Skills:

  • 5+ years of US recruiting experience
  • Able to perform complex Boolean searches on the web as well US Job boards (Monster.com, careerbuilder.com, dice.com, indeed.com, theladders.com, etc.)
  • Clear understanding of US tax terms - (W2 / C2C / 1099) and US work authorization types (H1-B / Green Card / TN / EAD).
  • Ability to engage passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, meetups, Twitter, etc.

Requirements

  • Experience engaging with talent through GitHub, StackOverflow, etc.
  • Track record of building and nurturing strong long-term relationships with the candidates
  • Ability to work on multiple assignments and meet challenging deadlines.
  • Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven success in a very fast-paced team environment
  • Agility to fully leverage all processes and technology tools to more productively deliver results
  • Ability to maintain and nurture the relationship with old and new clientele.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills
  • Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent; a disciplined strategy to source, engage and nurture prospective candidates
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to execution
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
