Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to manage, track, and optimize social media activities across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, analytics tools, and data-driven strategies. As a Social Media Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the brand's online presence by analyzing social media metrics and providing insights that drive decision-making and improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement effective social media strategies to do outreach, enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.). 
  • Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage engaging and high-quality content for social media channels, including text, images, videos, and infographics. 
  • Copywriting: Craft compelling and persuasive copy for social media posts, advertisements, and other digital marketing materials that align with the brand voice and drive engagement. 
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships with the online community. 
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant and innovative. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts. 
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns to promote products, services, and events, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives. 


Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and copywriting. 
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. 

Skills: 

  1. Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools.
  2. Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail. 
  3. Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas. 
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
