About Climate Collective: 

Climate Collective Foundation, an Indian not-for-profit organization, runs climate-focused startup support programs, including the largest early-stage Climate Tech accelerator in South Asia.  

Since 2016, Climate Collective Foundation (“CCF”) has been a leader in supporting Climate Tech startups in India & South Asia. It has now become the largest such private-sector platform in South Asia. Our activities to build up the ecosystem include: 

  • Climate startup accelerator programs for early-stage (pre-Series A) companies 

  • Funding platforms for pre-Series A climate tech startups 

  • Educational courses for students, researchers & entrepreneurs 

  • Community initiatives for amplify climate issues & mitigation through entrepreneurship 

  • Focus on inclusivity and building up a diverse ecosystem in climate entrepreneurship

Requirements

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement effective social media strategies to do outreach, enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.). 

  • Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage engaging and high-quality content for social media channels, including text, images, videos, and infographics. 

  • Copywriting: Craft compelling and persuasive copy for social media posts, advertisements, and other digital marketing materials that align with the brand voice and drive engagement. 

  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement. 

  • Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships with the online community. 

  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant and innovative. 

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts. 

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns to promote products, services, and events, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and copywriting. 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. 

  • Skills: 

  1. Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools. 

  1. Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail. 

  1. Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas. 

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  1. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
