Job description

This is a remote position.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have the ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
This profile requires candidates to work from home and must have their own laptop and high-speed internet. The candidate must be motivated to grow with the company and work with an entrepreneurial mindset considering a start-up work culture.

Quality Analyst - Sales Responsibilities:

  • Audit calls & sales processes and provide feedback on areas of improvements and strength.
  • Coach Sales force and give constructive feedback on timely performance.
  • Take up improvement activities through Regular Briefings & Call listening sessions.
  • Help the new hires speed up the learning curve, periodically conduct audits of new hires.
  • Conduct Call Calibrations, detailed process audits & RCA; thorough understanding of QA Reporting
  • Drive projects undertaken for process improvements.




Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of experience as Quality Analyst for Sales team
  • Excellent Verbal & Written communication Skill
  • Go-getter and strive for performing process improvement.
  • Immediate Joiners.
