Management and oversight of the end-to-end program design and delivery - schedule and milestones, budget, resource, vendor engagements, contracts management
Establish new delivery model
Drive delivery cadence and tracking
Ensure strong governance β preparing and leading program delivery and steering committee meetings to drive best practice delivery
Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders including vendors
Develop and maintain timeline/schedule
Develop and maintain resource plan
Financial forecast & budgeting
Identify issues, risks and develop mitigation plans
Provide input to the steering committee and regular progress/status reporting
Skills & Experience:
Experience in managing an end-end Payments related transformation Programs
Paymentβs domain knowledge is a mandatory requirement to be considered
