This is a remote position.

This is a full-time remote role for a Web 3 & IT Sales Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, identifying new sales opportunities, conducting market research, and implementing strategic partnerships. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for meeting sales targets, managing the sales pipeline, and developing relationships with key clients.

Requirements

The Web 3 and IT Sales Manager will lead our sales strategies and initiatives within the blockchain and IT sectors. This role involves direct customer engagement, the development of strategic sales plans, and close collaboration with our marketing and product development teams to enhance our market presence and increase revenue.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the Web 3 & IT space.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Effectively communicate our value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Understand industry-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on forces that shift strategic directions of the market and competitive positions.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, setting objectives, reviewing performance, and providing feedback.
  • Analyze market data to identify new opportunities and strategies for growth.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with experience in closing deals and meeting sales targets
  • Previous experience as a sales manager or sales and marketing director, ideally within IT or blockchain technology.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong Ability on LinkedIn and Other Bidding Platform (Upwork, Freelance, Fiverr)
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
