What You’ll Do

• Own solution architecture and technical strategy for Salesforce implementations, ensuring best practices, scalability, and seamless integration with enterprise ecosystems.
  

• Lead and facilitate technical and architectural discussions with customers and internal stakeholders.
  

• Partner with business and delivery leaders to align:
  

• Customer strategy
  

• Architectural vision
  

• Long-term platform roadmap
  

• Perform current-state vs future-state analysis and define:
  

• Architecture roadmaps
  

• Implementation plans
  

• Phased delivery strategies
  

• Ensure conceptual and technical completeness of Salesforce solutions.
  

• Lead implementation teams with responsibility for:
  

• Architecture governance
  

• Solution consistency
  

• Technical quality assurance
  

• Collaborate closely with project and delivery managers to ensure execution aligns with architectural intent.
  

• Provide architectural oversight across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom Lightning platforms.
  

• Influence and mentor architects, developers, and technical leads across programs.
  

• Proactively identify technical risks, constraints, and dependencies and guide mitigation strategies.
  

• Act as the escalation point for complex architectural and integration challenges.
  

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Credentials

• 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer / Technical Architect.
  

• 8+ years of CRM experience including analysis, configuration, and Apex-based custom development.
  

• At least one Salesforce Architect certification:
  

• Application Architect
  

• System Architect
  

• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
  

Salesforce & Platform Expertise

• Expert-level understanding of:
  

• Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
  

• Custom Lightning platform and AppExchange solutions
  

• Deep hands-on expertise in:
  

• Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch & Async processing
  

• Lightning Web Components, Aura, Visualforce
  

• SOQL, data modeling, and governor limits
  

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model, data governance, and compliance considerations.
  

Integration & DevOps

• Deep experience with Salesforce integrations using:
  

• REST & SOAP APIs
  

• OAuth, SSO, and authentication patterns
  

• Experience designing system, data, and integration architectures, including middleware such as MuleSoft.
  

• Strong experience with CI/CD and DevOps tooling, including:
  

• SFDX
  

• Jenkins
  

• COPADO/GearSet
  

• Modern DevOps stacks and release automation
  

• Strong understanding of CRM QA best practices, testing strategies, and release governance.
  

Architecture & Leadership

• Solid grounding in IT architecture principles, design patterns, and system limitations.
  

• Exceptional leadership and influencing skills with the ability to guide:
  

• Program stakeholders
  

• Delivery teams
  

• Customer leadership
  

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
