Apply Agile (Scrum), Hybrid, and Waterfall SDLC methodologies as appropriate; drive risk identification and mitigation, manage project financials, and provide governance and reporting

Candidates residing more than 30 km from any mindZvue office location are eligible for Remote – India.
Remote employees are required to work from the assigned primary office location for up to 10 days per quarter for collaboration, planning, and key engagements.

At mindZvue, Salesforce Delivery Managers are accountable for end-to-end delivery success, client satisfaction, and team performance. You will lead Salesforce programs from initiation to closure—balancing scope, timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations—while working in a flexible hybrid or remote model.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy ownership, structure, client leadership, and execution excellence.

What You’ll Do

Own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementations across small, mid, and enterprise-scale programs.
Partner with clients to understand business objectives, success criteria, and delivery expectations.
Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring delivery within:

Scope
Schedule
Budget
Quality benchmarks

Facilitate business process discussions, solution walkthroughs, and user experience sessions.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and Development teams to ensure alignment between:

Business needs
Technical design
Delivery timelines

Apply Agile (Scrum), Hybrid, and Waterfall SDLC methodologies as appropriate to project context.
Drive risk identification, mitigation planning, and proactive escalation.
Monitor and manage project financials, resource utilization, and delivery metrics.
Ensure smooth execution of:

System testing
UAT
Change management
Training & user adoption

Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional delivery teams.
Prepare and present monthly / quarterly delivery updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Continuously improve delivery processes, governance, and reporting standards.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Delivery Expertise

4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Project Manager or Delivery Manager.
Proven experience managing Salesforce implementations across:

Small
Medium
Enterprise-scale programs

Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and architecture.

Project & Program Management Skills

Hands-on experience with:

Project planning and scheduling
Scope, budget, and risk management
Resource planning and dependency tracking

Strong experience executing projects using:

Agile / Scrum
Hybrid delivery models
Waterfall (when required)

Ability to manage multiple parallel projects with consistent follow-through.

Consulting & Leadership

Prior external consulting experience with CRM / Salesforce is highly preferred.
Ability to lead client-facing discussions and influence decision-making.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Comfortable providing delivery leadership to technical and functional teams.
Solid business acumen with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
