What You’ll Do

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals and industry best practices.
  

• Translate complex business and functional requirements into scalable technical architectures.
  

• Own technical solutioning, architecture documentation, and implementation strategies.
  

• Deliver and manage multiple Salesforce initiatives in parallel, ensuring quality, timelines, and performance.
  

• Drive adoption of engineering best practices, including:
  

• CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
  

• Source control, release governance, and coding standards
  

• Provide hands-on expertise across Salesforce core platform, Lightning architecture, and integrations.
  

• Mentor and guide developers through code reviews, technical design sessions, and continuous learning.
  

• Actively participate in Agile (Scrum) ceremonies with a focus on iterative, test-driven delivery.
  

• Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate technical risks and dependencies.
  

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Expertise

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  

• Strong delivery experience across:
  

• Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
  

• Salesforce Platform and AppExchange solutions
  

• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and governor limits.
  

Technical Skills

• Expert-level experience with:
  

• Apex (Triggers, Classes, Async, Web Services)
  

• Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce
  

• SOQL, Flows, Process Builder, Workflows
  

• Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Lightning design principles.
  

• Experience with Salesforce integrations (real-time, batch, sync/async).
  

• Hands-on experience in:
  

• Data governance, security models, and data migrations
  

• CI/CD, source control, and SDLC best practices
  

Leadership & Collaboration

• Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor developers.
  

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and architectural thinking skills.
  

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with:
  

• Senior stakeholders
  

• Cross-functional teams
  

• Distributed and remote team members
  

• Comfortable working in a Hybrid / Remote-friendly Agile environment.
  

Certifications (Preferred)

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (Must Have)
  

• Salesforce Platform Developer II (Must Have)
  

• Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
