Job description

Job Description:

We need to develop a custom FHIR server using c# .net.

There are many FHIR server implementations but what we need is a custom system satisfying the following points:

1. Custom authentication using access tokens for API access

2. Dynamic schema and extensions without requiring any change in code

3. Custom validation and (rather complex) business rule engine

4. Saving to NoSQL database as a JSON document

5. Adding a custom summary object in addition to the original resources etc.

We don't want any complexity in the code. It should be as simple as possible for easy maintainability.

Only candidates with prior experience in the development of FHIR server with .net, please.
