  • Handle business action occasions, settle/reconcile transactions, and process/reconcile reward activity; investigate complex/escalated issues; test/validate new innovations and supplier modifications
  • Complete projects in Investing, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Company Actions that affect Client/Advisor profiles
  • Collaborate with Retail and Institutional Service Teams via email, phone, Slack, Overview, and Salesforce; represent TD Ameritrade Clearing in day-to-day interactions with fund companies, transfer brokers, counterparties, and other external service partners
