About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious Outbound Sales Representative fluent in French to join a high-energy sales team supporting growth across French-speaking markets. In this role, youll proactively reach out to current and prospective clients to introduce value-driven solutions, handle high volumes of outbound calls and emails, qualify sales opportunities, and support pipeline development. Youll use a consultative sales approach to generate interest, manage prospects, and contribute to revenue targets — all while working remotely from Bulgaria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage existing and prospective clients to present new solutions and drive sales growth.
  • Make high volumes of outbound calls and send targeted emails as part of daily outreach activities.
  • Maintain and manage an active sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate data and tracking.
  • Report regularly on pipeline status, performance metrics, and weekly/monthly sales outcomes.
  • Assist with market research and self-prospecting to uncover new opportunities.
  • Use a solution-selling methodology to address client needs and support integration of new services.
