Key Responsibilities
Manage candidates throughout the recruitment pipeline
Source potential applicants using online tools and platforms
Conduct and coordinate video interviews
Handle email communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
Prepare documents, presentations, and reports
Assist with additional administrative and talent-related tasks as needed
Based in Tbilisi, Georgia, with the ability to work remotely
College or University Degree
English proficiency at C2 level (written and spoken)
Excellent computer skills and strong presentation/document creation abilities
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional
Must provide a LinkedIn profile in the CV
Desirable:
Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or talent sourcing
