Country Manager - Remote Thailand (Asia Market)

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and driven Country Manager for Thailand to lead market development and business expansion across the country. In this senior role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of local operations: executing go-to-market strategies, building and managing relationships with partners and key stakeholders, ensuring smooth onboarding and compliance, and driving growth and profitability. You will coordinate cross-functionally with global teams on marketing, sales, compliance, and operations to deliver tailored solutions for the Thai market while aligning with global objectives.

What You Bring

• Fluency in English and ideally proficiency in Thai; strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Significant experience in business development, market management, or senior leadership roles preferably with prior exposure to emerging or international markets
• Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends, adapt strategies, and navigate complex regulatory and cultural environments
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and capability to lead cross-functional teams toward shared goals
