Country Manager (Korean) - Remote, Korea

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, strategic Country Manager fluent in Korean to lead and expand our presence across Korea in this senior position. You will be responsible for overseeing all local operations, developing and executing marketentry strategies, building strong relationships with partners and clients, and ensuring high quality service delivery. You'll manage the full business lifecycle from partnership acquisition and onboarding, through performance monitoring and growth while working closely with international and regional teams to drive sustainable success.

What You Bring

• Native or fluent Korean (spoken and written), with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in business development, market management, or senior leadership roles, preferably with experience in Korean market dynamics
• Strong strategic thinking, stake holder management abilities, and a results oriented mindset
• Capacity to work independently, lead cross functional teams, and make data driven decisions in a fast paced environment
• Ability to analyze market trends, adapt business strategies, and navigate local regulatory and cultural contexts
