Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance and quality by enforcing guidelines, detecting fraudulent or noncompliant activity, protecting brand integrity, and providing regular reporting and feedback

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager fluent in Russian to join our team someone ready to build and manage partnerships, drive growth, and support our affiliate network with professionalism and strategic vision.

What you'll do

  • Develop and grow the affiliate network: recruit new affiliates and partners who fit our target audiences, and onboard them with the right tools and guidance.
  • Manage affiliate relationships: communicate regularly with affiliates, provide support and resources (promo materials, tracking tools, offers), and help them perform at their best.
  • Monitor campaign performance: track KPIs (traffic, leads, conversions, revenue), analyse data, optimize underperforming campaigns, and work to improve overall affiliate program results.
  • Ensure compliance and quality: make sure affiliates adhere to guidelines, detect and address any fraudulent or noncompliant activity, and protect brand integrity.
  • Provide reporting and feedback: prepare regular reports on affiliate performance, present insights, and collaborate internally to align affiliate strategies with overall business goals.

  • Proactive attitude: self motivated, organised, able to prioritise tasks and work flexibly in a dynamic environment.
