  • Incident Response Identify and address IT incidents swiftly to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.

  • Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of technical issues, solutions, and configurations for future reference.

  • Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement IT projects and enhancements efficiently.

  • Cybersecurity Best Practices Ensure compliance with security protocols, troubleshoot vulnerabilities, and assist with data protection measures.

What You Bring to the Table:
