We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to join our team and lead dynamic projects from inception to completion.

What You'll Do

As our Remote IT Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of managing IT projects, ensuring smooth execution, and delivering high-quality results. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• End-to-End Project Management Oversee IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.

• Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with clients, developers, engineers, and executives to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

• Agile & Scrum Leadership Implement Agile methodologies, facilitate stand-up meetings, and continuously improve project workflows.

• Risk & Issue Management Proactively identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.

• Budget & Resource Allocation Manage project budgets, control costs, and allocate resources effectively.

• Performance Monitoring Track progress using project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com) and report key metrics.

• Documentation & Reporting Maintain clear documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

What We are Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should have:

Proven Experience: 5+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in software development, cloud computing, or infrastructure projects.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT systems, software development lifecycles (SDLC), cloud technologies, and cybersecurity best practices.

Project Management Expertise: Strong background in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Leadership Skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, inspire collaboration, and drive results.

Problem-Solving Mindset: Quick thinking and proactive decision-making skills.

Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certifications.
