Job description

The ideal candidate will carry out the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. The person will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Very hands-on HR Administrative.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback.
  • Processing Payroll every fortnight and benefits for employees.
  • To provide advice and assistance to employees and management within the country and region of care.
  • Updating staff list every month.
  • Handling IR matters with Employee
  • Calculating and submitting the worker compensation every year.
  • Preparing employee contract.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise in Learning & Development needs
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
