About Our Client

Engio is partnering with an innovative Australian-based company to hire a dedicated Service Desk Analyst / Desktop Support Analyst in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

You will be the frontline technical expert, providing essential Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to end-users across various platforms and applications. This role requires flexibility to work rotational shifts, ensuring seamless support aligned with Australian business hours.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of practical experience in an IT Service Desk, Help Desk, or Desktop Support function.
Demonstrated strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network issues.
Proficiency with remote support tools and ticket management systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English a non-negotiable requirement for interacting with the global team and users.
Ability to adapt to a rotational shift roster.

Technical Certifications

While not mandatory, candidates possessing the following certifications will be prioritized:

Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)
Modern Desktop Administrator (MD-102)
CompTIA A+ or Network+
ITIL 4 Foundation
