Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer to join our team on a full-time basis. The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and processes. This role will collaborate closely with our engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in all documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create technical documentation for product specifications, installation instructions, and maintenance procedures

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical content

- Review and revise existing documentation to ensure it is up-to-date and accurate

- Develop and maintain a style guide for technical documentation to ensure consistency across all materials

- Utilize industry-standard software and tools to create and publish technical documents

- Conduct research and gather information from various sources to support technical writing projects

- Communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner for a non-technical audience

- Ensure all documentation meets company standards for quality and branding

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technical writing techniques and tools

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field

- 3+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a manufacturing or construction industry

- Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices

- Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite

- Experience with CAD software is a plus

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Attention to detail and ability to work independently

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
