Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to recruit an Italian Speaking Streaming Platform Support Representative. In this role, you will provide essential support to users of our streaming platform, helping them navigate and enjoy their viewing experience. Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional support to Italian-speaking users via email, live chat, and telephone, assisting them with inquiries about the streaming platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to account management, streaming quality, and content accessibility.
  • Provide guidance on platform features, helping users maximize their experience and enjoyment.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to relay user feedback and suggest improvements to the platform.
  • Stay updated on current streaming trends, platform features, and troubleshooting methods to ensure high-quality support.
  • Follow up with users post-resolution to ensure satisfaction and address any lingering issues.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer support or technical support, preferably within the streaming or entertainment industry.
  • A strong understanding of streaming technologies and user behavior.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for effective issue resolution.
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
  • Experience with CRM or support ticket systems is advantageous.
