Were Hiring: Digital Virtual Assistant (Remote) 🚀

Are you organized, proactive, and confident managing digital communication?
Were looking for a Digital Virtual Assistant to join our remote team and support daily operations, communications, and digital platforms.

🕘Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Cairo Time)
📍Location: Remote (Egypt)
📅Days Off: Friday & Saturday

What Youll Be Doing 

  • Managing and moderating LinkedIn messages, comments, and interactions (Arabic & English)

  • Responding to inquiries professionally or escalating when needed

  • Organizing and managing company email inboxes

  • Drafting clear, professional emails in both languages

  • Performing basic website updates and formatting content

  • Uploading or editing website materials

  • Assisting with light video edits and simple visual enhancements

  • Providing general virtual administrative support

  • Maintaining organized digital records and task tracking

  • Adapting quickly to new tools, systems, and workflows

What Were Looking For 

  • Fluent in Arabic & English (written communication is key)

  • Strong professional tone and attention to detail

  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly

  • Experience with email and social media moderation

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup

  • Basic familiarity with website content management systems

  • Ability to perform simple video edits (preferred)

  • Strong time management and accountability

  • Reliable internet connection and professional home setup

Nice to Have⭐

  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or Remote Admin

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn business communication

  • Basic knowledge of video editing tools

  • Experience with productivity and collaboration platforms
