Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce an opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Automotive Industry.   • Handle customer complaints with professionalism, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of the company's product range, services, and promotions.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records to facilitate ongoing service improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage complex issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns and potential service improvements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide clear solutions to customers.
