As a key point of contact, your expertise in customer service will help create enjoyable and seamless interactions for our players.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking gamers, effectively addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns they may have.
  • Engage with players through multiple communication channels, including live chat, email, and phone, ensuring high-quality service at all times.
  • Record player interactions in our CRM system, gathering valuable feedback to help improve our gaming platforms.
  • Analyze trends in player feedback and gaming interactions to provide insights into product enhancements and player satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with the development team to advocate for player needs and suggest improvements based on feedback.
  • Stay informed on gaming trends and industry news to maintain meaningful conversations with players.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing ideas and insights during team meetings.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, with strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly within the gaming industry, is highly desirable.
  • A passion for gaming and a solid understanding of gamer preferences and market trends.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a knack for addressing player needs effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support applications.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries efficiently.
