In this exciting role, you will be responsible for enhancing the gaming experience for our Spanish-speaking customers, ensuring their enjoyment and satisfaction while using our gaming platforms.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Spanish-speaking gamers to provide outstanding support and resolve any inquiries or issues they may encounter.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including chat, email, and phone, focusing on creating a positive gaming environment.
• Document player interactions accurately in our CRM system, ensuring feedback is recorded for future improvements.
• Analyze customer feedback and gaming trends to provide insights for enhancing the gaming experience.
• Collaborate with the gaming development team to communicate player needs and suggestions for game improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and gaming knowledge to facilitate informed conversations with customers.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving customer engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the gaming industry, is preferred.
• Passion for gaming and understanding of gaming trends and player needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address issues effectively.
• Experience with CRM systems and customer support tools.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering an exceptional gaming experience for customers.
