As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will lead and execute QA strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality and reliable software products. You’ll oversee test planning, automation, and execution across projects while collaborating closely with engineering teams to strengthen testing processes and improve product quality.

• 8+ years in Software QA, including 2–3 years in a lead or managerial capacity (current ICs with past leadership experience welcome)
• Proven track record in driving QA strategy for complex, data-heavy B2B software
• Strong grasp of QA methodologies, automation frameworks, and test lifecycle management
• Hands-on with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, JMeter
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
• Technically fluent — able to discuss architecture, APIs, and integrations with engineers
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Strong English communication skills; able to collaborate across time zones
• Skilled in Python and TypeScript
• SaaS experience preferred
• Open to candidates who’ve led projects (not necessarily people managers)
