Lead Generation Specialist

• Shift: Overnight (9:00 PM 6:00 AM PHT)

•  Work Setup: On-site only No work-from-home or remote option available

Key Responsibilities
Research and qualify business leads using online prospecting platforms (e.g.,
RocketReach, Apollo.io, LinkedIn)
Enrich and maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM
Follow a structured sales cadence for prospect engagement and lead nurturing
Segment and prioritize leads for outreach by the inside and outside sales teams
Generate lead lists for both mid-market and SMB accounts
Create and publish content for the companys LinkedIn page to support brand visibility
Collaborate with team members and provide updates on lead generation progress

Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in lead generation, sales support, or a similar research-
focused role
Strong English reading and writing skills
Familiarity with tools such as Apollo.io, RocketReach, HubSpot, LinkedIn, and
spreadsheets
Comfortable following a defined sales cadence or outreach plan
Experience in B2B or telecom is a plus, but not required
Must be organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently overnight
