About the Role
Were hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join our overnight team. This role focuses on
selling cloud phone and internet services to small businesses across Canada (typically under
50 employees). When a sale cannot be closed directly, youll be responsible for booking
appointments with the outside sales team for follow-up.
Youll work from a pre-qualified list of leads generated by our Lead Generation Specialists and
follow a defined sales cadence using modern CRM and outreach tools such as HubSpot,
Apollo.io, LinkedIn, and social media. This is a non-calling role but strong verbal
communication skills will be helpful for video meetings or internal team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Qualify and engage small business leads passed from the lead generation team
Present solutions for cloud phone and internet services
Close direct sales when possible, or schedule appointments for the outside sales team
Maintain accurate records and notes in HubSpot CRM
Use a defined sales cadence to manage outreach and follow-ups
Collaborate with other team members to share feedback on lead quality and results
Stay current on service offerings and promotions

Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in sales, account coordination, or appointment setting
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo.io, LinkedIn, and other modern sales tools
Comfortable engaging with business owners, managers, and accounting staff
Experience in telecom or B2B services is a bonus
Must be self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively
