We’re looking for a new Channel Order Specialist to partner with our Channel team to help grow our client's fast-growing partner sales group.

As a Channel Renewal Specialist, you will support the Channel Reseller Sales team by managing renewals for our existing customers that purchase through partners. Our client has a high volume of renewal transactions, so the ability to manage multiple renewal opportunities while building an understanding of how partners manage customer relationships will be critical to success in the role.

• Manage new and expansion opportunities for deals sold through channel partners
• Utilize Salesforce CPQ to build standard and custom price quotes upon request
• Track, validate and process new orders submitted through Salesforce with regular updates
• Process channel customer requests to downgrade or cancel subscriptions 
• Process channel customer requests for free trials
• Monitor the Global Partner Inbox and provide L1 support
