Job Opportunity: Senior Recruitment Consultant (UK Healthcare Perm Desk)

Purpose of the Role

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a driven Senior Recruitment Consultant with business development experience. Join our UK clients team and take ownership of a profitable perm desk by building strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates. You'll play a key role in achieving the company's business objectives through proactive account management and new business generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Proactively generate leads, cold call clients, and secure new business. Attend client meetings and negotiate terms with managerial support.
  • Candidate Recruitment: Participate in campaigns to source and recruit top candidates, ensuring a steady pipeline.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates through regular communication, providing updates on job progress and opportunities.
  • Placement Process: Manage candidate placements from proposal to confirmation or rejection, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Customer Service: Deliver excellent service by handling client and candidate inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high standards.
  • Marketing & Promotion: Use social media and marketing channels to promote permanent recruitment services.
  • Collaboration: Share leads with colleagues and actively promote the company's full suite of services.
  • Performance: Meet and exceed personal targets for desk growth on a quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Teamwork: Participate in team initiatives and use company systems effectively to support day-to-day operations.
