Looking forward to adding HR Executive to join the team and support in day to day activities.
The Role @ OAO India OAO India is looking for a talented HR Operations Executive (**** Candidates only) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daytoday HR operations and providing support to the HR department.
As an HR Executive you will:
  • Maintain and update employee records, such as personal information, employment status, and salary changes.
  • Process payroll and benefits administration for employees.
  • Managing Leave and attendance
  • Handle employee queries and resolve issues related to payroll, benefits, and other HRrelated matters.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with recruitment team to schedule interviews and manage candidate communication.
  • Assist in the coordination of training and development programs for employees.
  • Handle HRrelated administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and report generation.
    • Must Have:
      • Bachelors degree in HR or related field.
      • At least 3 years of experience in HR operations and Payroll.
      • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
      • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software (Spine).
